PubliAtis solutions chosen for the largest European storage database of listed companies’ information
Paris, November 6, 2007 – PubliAtis, publisher of the first On-Demand multichannel publishing system, has signed a contract with Labrador, the company behind RegInfo (www.francereginfo.com), the European
regulatory information database of listed companies.
PubliAtis worked closely with Labrador to produce a platform for the publication, validation,
storage and free downloading of financial information.
Launched on September 17 within the framework of the European Transparency Obligations
Directive, RegInfo (www.francereginfo.com) stores regulatory information—both permanent
(press releases and financial statements) and periodical (annual reports, reference
documents) — for companies listed on European financial markets.
Calling on its expertise in editorial workflow management, PubliAtis has built a highly secure
technological platform, fed in real time by listed companies and proposing over 50,000
documents in various formats (HTML, PDF, MS Word) from its launch date.
“With RegInfo (www.francereginfo.com), investors may now benefit from a single access
point to all company regulatory information and issuing companies from a high-performance
tool to demonstrate the transparency of their information,” says Nicolas Raynier, Labrador’s
managing director. “To realize such a project, we relied on solid technology and a team of
document workflow experts.”
“PubliAtis has proven that its on-demand technology is as useful to company information
publishers as it is to the press,” says Gaetan Fron, associate director of PubliAtis. “RegInfo
(www.francereginfo.com) is a major financial information sector initiative for 2007. We are
proud to be a part of this project, which is sure to be success.”
